Course Content

1) Fundamental concepts of the constitution and public administration 2) Definition of administrative law 3) Sources of constitutional and administrative law 4) Basic principles of administrative action 5) Meaning of the administrative act 6) Bodies producing the administrative act 7) The competence of administrative bodies 8) Method of production of the administrative act 9) The validity of the administrative act 10) Income taxation and corporate types of businesses. 11) Method of determining the taxable income. 12) Tax burdens from the legislation of local government organizations 13) Taxes, fees, royalties. 14) Types of taxes 15) The application of the provisions of the value added tax in the business activity cycle.

Learning results

The learning outcomes of the course are:

In proven knowledge and understanding of the fundamental concepts of constitutional and administrative law and in particular of the mode of action of the public administration and the basic principles by which it is governed.

In defining the concept of the administrative act and understanding its individual conceptual distinctions.

In the knowledge of the production bodies of the administrative acts and the assessment of the importance of the concept of competence, its distinctions, as well as the process of their production.

In acquiring knowledge about the tax regime that governs the various businesses and organizations, in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Finally, after teaching the specific course, the students will have developed the knowledge acquisition skills they need to continue in further studies with a great degree of autonomy.
