The learning outcomes of the course are:
In proven knowledge and understanding of the organizational functions of the institutions that govern the legal system, as well as the hierarchy of legal rules.
Students after teaching this course will have developed the knowledge acquisition skills they need to continue in further studies with a high degree of autonomy.
They will have developed their critical ability to distinguish the types of legal rules that apply to civil and commercial transactions.
They will also have the ability to understand debt and real rights and securities law especially in relation to bill of exchange, promissory note and cheque.
Finally, they will develop the ability to distinguish (based on the way the securities are circulated) anonymous or bearer, escrow and registered securities.
