Despoina Bouza

Brief Curriculum Vitae

Special, administrative, technical and teaching staff of the Laboratory of Viticulture, Department of Crop Science of the Agricultural University of Athens. Agronomist-Enologist, she holds a MSc in Viticulture and Enology from the Agricultural University of Athens. Her research experience includes grapevine propagation, the study of quality characters of the grapes, the effect of fertilization in vineyard conditions, and others. She participates in the teaching of laboratory lessons of the courses of General and Advanced Viticulture at the Agricultural University of Athens, while she has previous experience teaching Viticulture and Enology in technical schools (T.E.I.). She has published a significant number of scientific papers in international scientific journals and international conferences. She is a judge at international wine and spirits competitions.
