Understanding the geometric characteristics and interrelationships of the natural and built open space. Concept, design process of open space and deepening theoretical knowledge of landscape architecture. Design graphic techniques (free hand drawing, sketching, plans, sections, elevations, perspective, isometric, axonometric drawings), and tools applied in landscape design and landscape architecture (models, images, collages and other individual means of expression). Presentation techniques applied in landscape architecture (concept plans, final plans, construction plans). Design process: site inventory and analysis, functional diagrams, conceptual plans, concept, design plans. The concept of synthesis in landscape architecture. Design methodologies of residential and urban open spaces.
