Assistant Professor of Viticulture, of the Department of Crop Science of the Agricultural University of Athens. Agronomist-Enologist. She holds a diploma (BSc) in Crop Science and Engineering, a MSc in Viticulture and Enology, and a PhD in Viticulture, all from the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA). Her research experience includes the identification and discrimination of Greek grapevine varieties and rootstocks using ampelographic and molecular methods and tools, the morphology, physiology and ecophysiology of the vine, as well as the study of the quality characters of the grapes.
