Elli Chatzistavrou is a graduate of the Department of Food Technology at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens and holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, School of Applied Science and Technology, Grimsby, UK. Since 2002, she has been serving as Special Technical Laboratory Staff (ETEP) at the Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Department of Biotechnology, providing laboratory support for the courses Plant Biotechnology, Recombinant DNA Technology - Omics Technologies, Molecular Biology, as well as for students' thesis projects.
