The Property Management and Development Company is a Private Legal Entity managing AUA property. The Company is managed by a seven-member Administrative Board (Head, Deputy Head, Management Counselor and four members) elected by the university Senate. The Senate comprises the General Assembly of the Company and holds regular meetings. The Administrative Board has a four-year term of office.
