Academic Year 2019-20:
Four Dean's Office meetings were held to discuss the appointment of faculty representatives to University governing bodies, to assess the needs of faculty departments for recruitment of IDOH 407/80, to review an application of a faculty member for a scientific leave, and to review and recommend to the Senate the updating of the Faculty's internal membership rosters and external membership rosters of faculty departments. Finally, due to the prevailing pandemic of covid 19, the Dean's Office reviewed the methods of conducting laboratory exercises and examinations for the current spring semester.
Due to the prevailing pandemic of covid 19, on the initiative of the Dean's Office and in order to facilitate the process of delivering the courses at a distance, manuals for the use of the corresponding electronic platforms were created by colleagues of the EESC Faculty and distributed to all lecturers. An online meeting was then held with all EESC faculty members on how to implement distance learning.
In particular, an open discussion was held by teleconference on the main topic: ways of conducting the courses and examinations of the spring semester of the Academic Year. Year 2019-20. The discussion was open to all lecturers of the Departments of the School and the Departments of the former TEI of Central Greece (Amfissa and Thebes). The Vice Rector of Administrative Affairs, Academic Affairs and Student Affairs Mr. Nikolaos Durkas, staff of the Department of Networks - Internet and additional guests from other Departments of the University participated.
Academic Year 2020-21:
5 meetings of the Dean's Office were held, which dealt with the establishment of the Register of Internal Electors and updating the registers of external electors of the Faculty's Departments, while it also considered (and recommended to the Senate) a request from the Municipality for the concession of a building of the University, which houses a Department of the Faculty of the EESC. It also examined the application of members of the Faculty of Science and Technology, on the recommendation of a three-member committee appointed by the Dean's Office, and placed them in the category of SNEs. the examination of an application by a member of the Faculty of Science and Technology for a scientific licence
Academic Year 2021-22:
5 meetings of the Dean's Office were held to consider the application of a faculty member for a scientific leave, the granting of leaves for personal reasons to faculty members of the Dean's Office, the updating of the register of internal selectors and the updating of the register of external selectors of departments of the Faculty, and the approval of a faculty member of the Faculty to participate in the submission of a proposal to a Green Fund call. Finally, it proceeded with the review of an application for an RTD member, who, on the recommendation of a three-member committee appointed by the Dean's Office, was placed in the RTD category.
