The Property Administration and Development Company of Agricultural University of Athens S.A. is a legal person governed by private law (company formation: Presidential Decree 268/1993, Official Government Gazette Α΄/114/1993), with responsibility of the management and development of AUA Property that is given to her for that purpose. 

Company’s Administration consists of seven Competent Members (Precedent, Vice-Precedent, a Managing Director and four other Members) elected by University’s Administration Council that is also the General Assembly of the Company and holds regular meetings. The commission of the Company’s Administration Board is four years.
