Theodoros Daglis holds a PhD from the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences at the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Mathematical Modeling (with specialization in Financial Engineering) from the same affiliation, and a BSc in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in

i) Statistics, Operational Research,

ii) Computational Mathematics, and

iii) Teaching Mathematics.

His main research interests are economic and financial analysis, time series econometrics, statistical analysis, multifractal analysis, and computational methods. He has published several research articles in peer-reviewed Journals and Conferences, is a referee to many journals, and currently acts as a Post-Doctoral Researcher and a Visiting Lecturer.

Leonidas Zangelidis is a PhD candidate (Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, AUA) and a research economist (MSc in Economics, AUEB). He is interested in agricultural economics (commodity futures, international trade, and productivity), empirical research and analysis (applied econometrics), financial assets (commodity markets), and monetary economics (money demand, monetary policy). He has participated in several (international) conferences, such as the 26th ICMAIF, the 8th ASECU Youth (nominated for the Tsekouras Prize for young economists), and the 32nd Panhellenic Statistics Conference.

Marilena Gemtou is a senior researcher at the Department of Natural Resources Development and Agricultural Engineering of the Agricultural University of Athens. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Bath, UK, an MSc in Management from the University of Bath and a BSc in Economics from the University of Macedonia. She has participated in national, regional and European research and development projects in collaboration with recognized academic institutions and organizations.

Her research interests concern the Marketing of agricultural products and food while her research work has been published in international scientific books and conferences. In addition, she has worked in consulting and advertising companies on market research studies and Marketing strategy development.
