She has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Physics, a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, a Master's degree in Bioinformatics ( all from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece) and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
