Brief Curriculum Vitae

I am an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology in the Department of Biotechnology, School of Applied Biology and Biotechnology, at the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in "Environmental Molecular Biology and Biotechnology." The research interests of our team focus in molecular microbiology, environmental biotechnology, bioprospecting and microbial biotechnology focusing on bacteriophage research and utilizing Omic technologies. In the undergraduate program, I teach the courses of Microbial Biotechnology, Environmental and Marine Biotechnology, and Molecular Ecology and Adaptation.
