The Department Secretariat provides administrative support to the Department, provides secretarial support, and handles matters relating to the educational work of the Department from student enrollment to graduation.

Students and anyone else who's interested can contact the Secretariat for the following:

• Information on enrolling in the Department, student transfers, graduate enrollment and classification, and anything else related to their student status.
• Provision of information on registration renewals, re-enrolments, course selection, issuance of electronic study certificates, etc.
• Any specific issue that concerns them.

Student applications for the issuance of certificates are submitted through the ELECTRONIC SECRETARIAT.

Secretariat opening hours

The hours of service for students and the public are Monday to Thursday, from 11:00 to 13:00.
