The aim of this course is to help students develop their academic skills. Students continue to work on improving their reading skills and vocabulary, but they work more on how to write short academic texts effectively, report experiments,use and synthesise source materials. The course also aims to help students gain strategies for coping with extended listening and speak more confidently in an academic context.
