ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION AT THE ELECTRONIC ADDRESS eregister.aua.gr

AND ACCESS TO THE ACADEMIC SERVICES OF THE AUA

This concerns students who have applied for transfer or relocation

We would like to inform students who have applied for transfer or relocation on the electronic platform of the Ministry of Education, Research, and Religious Affairs (https://transfer.it.minedu.gov.gr/) and have been informed by the Department Secretariat that their transfer or relocation application has been approved to complete their registration at the Agricultural University of Athens to: REGISTER, from January 10 to January 14, 2025, via the ELECTRONIC ADDRESS https://estud.aua.gr: 8443/eregister/ by entering their Candidate Examination Code as their User Code and their AMKA number as their Security Code. This information is necessary in order for you to be recognized by the University's information system.

After logging into eregister.aua.gr, you will be asked to fill in or correct the details you initially entered in the Ministry of Education's Electronic Registration Application form and then upload the following:

• Transfer Application 2024 (pdf file, available from the Ministry of Education's online application https://transfer.it.minedu.gov.gr/

• A scanned copy of both sides of your police ID or passport (in ONE pdf file).

• Digital "passport-style" photo (jpg file)**

In the email address you entered in the eregister. aua.gr and after your details have been verified by the Secretariat, you will receive an email with your username and instructions on how to activate your account via the email address https://uregister.aua.gr/, as well as information about the Academic Services of the Agricultural University of Athens and the Electronic Services of the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs (if the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder).

**Instructions for the photo

Preferably upload the photo you will use for your student ID card.

The photo should be recent, in color, clear, and show ONLY YOUR FACE. Avoid uploading a photo from a scanner, unless it is of good quality.

For a photo to be accepted by the system, it must be at least 300 x 360 pixels in resolution, in jpg format, and not exceed 500 Kbytes in size.
