REGISTRATION-RENEWALS FOR THE WINTER SEMESTER 2025-2026

This applies to all University Departments based in Athens, as well as students of Regional Departments who enrolled in the academic year 2019-2020 and thereafter.

1. REGULAR STUDENTS (3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th SEMESTERS) (the above students, in order to register for the semester via e-student, should select the field "Semester Registrations")

2. RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS (the above, in order to renew their registration for the semester via e-student, select the field "Renewal of registration")

3. DECLARATION OF LABORATORY ATTENDANCE (REGULAR (3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th SEMESTERS) AND GRADUATING STUDENTS (the above for workshop declaration via e-student select the field "Workshop registrations")

Students in the above cases (1, 2, and 3) are requested to register or renew their registration, respectively, as well as to register for workshops for the winter semester of the academic year 2025 -2026 via the website http://estudent.aua.gr as follows:

Online registration dates for the winter semester:

Monday, September 15, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025

Students are advised to carefully follow the instructions provided by the online system during the registration process.

ATTENTION!

1. IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTRATION, STUDENTS MUST CHECK THEIR UNIVERSITY E -MAIL TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE that their registration has been completed.

2. Elective courses will only be taught if the required number of students is reached. Otherwise, after the registration period has ended, students will receive an e-mail informing them how to select another course.

3. The date is final and no extension will be granted.

4. Changes to elective courses from previous winter semesters will only be made upon request (download the form from the e-student announcements) by those interested and must be sent to your secretaries' email by Friday, October 3, 2025.

NOTE:

Students/ MUST REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE WINTER SEMESTER LABS they wish to attend, whether these are labs charged upon registration for their current semester (REGULAR STUDENTS) or those carried over from previous winter semesters (REGULAR STUDENTS & GRADUATING STUDENTS) in which they have been rejected due to absences.

ATTENTION:

Students will be able to take the January 2026 exams only in the laboratories for which they have registered during the current semester.
