ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE UPCOMING GRADUATION CEREMONY

We would like to inform you that undergraduate students who are candidates for graduation must have completed all their obligations in order to be included in the upcoming graduation ceremony (1. They must not have any outstanding courses, 2. Have completed 120 days of practical training and 3. Have been graded on their thesis) by: Friday, November 21, 2025

WE EMPHASIZE the following:

Those who meet the requirements for thesis assignment and have not done so must complete the necessary procedures (approval of thesis topic by the Department or Faculty Assembly) by October 31, 2025 in order to participate in the upcoming graduation ceremony.

In order to complete their obligations regarding the graduation ceremony, announcements will be posted on the Secretariats' websites after the deadline (November 21, 2025) for submitting applications and supporting documents.
