Dr. George E. Giannadakis holds a PhD in Project Management from the School of Administrative Economics and Social Sciences of the University of West Attica. He is a graduate of the School of the Environment of the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom, with a Master's degree in Construction Project Management.
He has taught, among others, from 2008 to 2016, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Administration for the British Universities of Leicester, Heriot - Watt and Edinburgh Business School through the European Center for Management Studies and Icon Training, while he has served for 7 years as a Laboratory Associate for the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Central Greece in Chalkida. As a Mechanical Engineer, he has been a Project Manager and Operations Supervisor in a multitude of construction and telecommunications projects. He is one of the founding members of two publishing houses, contributing dozens of publications as a translator and editor-in-chief, as well as an editor in Project Management and Mechanical Engineering books.
Since 2016, he has been a member of the staff of the Department of Supply Systems Management of the Technical University of Central Greece. He joined the Department of Agricultural Business & Supply Systems Management of the Agricultural University of Athens in September 2024.
