Lecturer in English Language and Performing Arts

Prospective PhD candidate at the University of Alicante, Spain

Eutychia Vrouva holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern English Language from the University of Luton (1997-2000) and a Master's degree in Performing Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London (2000-2001), with an emphasis on influential methods such as Shakespeare, Stanislavski, Meyerhold, Jacques Lecoq, and improvisation.

For further specialization, she completed a postgraduate degree in Bilingual Translation at the University of West London (2000-2003). Recognizing the importance of continuous professional development, she obtained the CertTesol Level 5 from Trinity College London in 2019, followed by the DipTesol Level 7 in 2021.

Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at the University of Alicante (2023). Eutychia has actively participated in various educational initiatives, including a training seminar in 2021 aimed at introducing English language teaching in kindergartens, organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in workshops focused on improving educators’ skills and promoting mental health for children and adolescents.

Eutychia also participates in the eTwinning program at the EPAL Thiva (2023), further demonstrating her commitment to innovative pedagogy.

Her research interests include exploring the concept of identity in educational contexts, as reflected in her recent article titled "The Concept of Identity in the Classroom," published in New Trends in Research in Education, Philosophy, and Communication.

Ioannis Chasiotis is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Organization and Sustainable Finance at the Department of Agribusiness and Supply Chain Management, School of Applied Economics and Social Sciences, Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Accounting from Durham University Business School, UK and has several years of international teaching experience (United Kingdom, China, Greece) at the university level, both in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

His research interests are in the areas of payout policy, capital structure, investment decisions, ESG and climate change risk. Dr. Chasiotis has published in high-quality international refereed journals such as the British Journal of Management (ABS:4), Financial Review (ABS:3), European Financial Management (ABS:3), International Journal of Financial Markets, Institutions and Money (ABS:3) and the International Review of Financial Analysis (ABS:3).

Amalia Nikolopoulou is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Agribusiness and Supply Chain Mangement of the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in "Transport and Distribution in the Supply Chain". She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (2008) and a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business (2016) in Operations Research and Management Science.

Her research activity focuses on the following areas: (a) Management and optimization of freight transportation and logistics networks, b) Development of computational optimization methods for solving operational research problems, (c) Business operations management, and d) Public transport planning, railway planning and operations.

She has presented her research work in reputable international scientific journals and has participated as a scientific project manager in National and European-funded research projects in the wider field of Transport and Logistics Management. At the same time, she teaches postgraduate courses at the University of Economics and Business and the Hellenic Open University.

Christos Lallos is an Applications Lecturer at the Department of Agribusiness and Supply Chain Management, Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in "Accounting Applications".

Since 1998 he has mainly taught Accounting courses. He has taught theoretical and practical courses in Accounting, Supply Chain Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting, Total Quality Management, Human Resource Management and General Principles of Law, at the Department of Supply Chain Management of the Agricultural University of Athens, as well as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Tax Accounting and Computerized Accounting, at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Central Greece and the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens.

Since 2018, he has supervised and coordinated the internship for the Programmes of study of the Department of Supply Chain Management and the Department of Agribusiness and Chain Supply Management, Agricultural University of Athens.

At the same time, since 07.09.1992, he has been working as a First Class Freelance Professional Accountant / Tax Technician (license number 0588 with the Economic Chamber of Greece) certified since 1998, with his main activity extending on the entire Accounting and Tax cycle of Businesses and Natural Persons, indicatively:

George Giannadakis is a graduate in Project Management (School of the Environment) of the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom, with a Postgraduate specialization in Construction Project Management. As a Mechanical Engineer, he has been an Administrator, Project Supervisor and Operations Manager in a multitude of construction and telecommunications projects. He is one of the founding members of two publishing houses, having published dozens of publications as a translator and editor-in-chief, mainly in the field of fantasy and literature, but also as an editor in books on Project Management and Engineering.

He has taught, among others, from 2008 to 2016, Construction Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Administration for the British Universities of Leicester, Heriot - Watt and Edinburgh Business School through the European Centre for Management Studies and Icon Training, while he has served for 7 years as a Laboratory Associate for the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Central Greece in Chalkida.

He was accepted as a PhD candidate in 2021 by the Department of Accounting and Finance of the School of Administrative Economics and Social Sciences of the University of West Attica and enrolled in the doctoral studies program in 2022.

Since 2016, he has been a member of the staff of the Department of Supply Systems Management of the Technical University of Central Greece in Thebes and works as a Strategic Management Consultant in Publishing Projects and Product Development Projects. He joined the Department of Agricultural Business & Supply Systems Management of the Agricultural University of Athens in September 2024.

Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate at the University of Alicante (2023). Eftychia has actively engaged in various educational initiatives, including a professional development seminar in 2021 aimed at introducing English language instruction in preschool settings organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in workshops focused on enhancing teacher skills and mental health promotion for children and adolescents. Eftychia is also involved in the eTwinning project at EPAL Thivas (2023), further advancing her commitment to innovative pedagogy. Her research interests include exploring the concept of identity within educational contexts, as reflected in her recent article titled "The Concept of Identity in the Classroom" published in Nuevas Tendencias en Investigación en Educación, Filosofía y Comunicación.

Associate Professor of Accounting / Financial Analysis in the Department of Agricultural Business Management and Supply Systems of the Agricultural University of Athens.
He holds a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business in the subject of Accounting and Financial Management, while he also holds a post-doctoral degree in the same subject from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
He has taught Accounting and Financial Analysis courses at the National School of Public Administration, the Athens University of Economics, the University of Patras and the TEI of Athens as well as undergraduate and graduate programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens, the University of Piraeus as well as also at the Hellenic Open University and the Open University of Cyprus.
He has supervised a large number of Diploma Theses in Master's Programs, while he participates in three-member Doctoral Theses Committees. He writes articles in Journals with an Economic Subject and is a reviewer of articles in International Scientific Journals.

He was Auditor and Head of Financial Services of the NPDD Capital Market Commission, Deputy Mayor of Finance of the Municipality of Nice - A. I. Rentis, Deputy Director at the Agricultural Insurance Organization (OGA), member of the Board of Directors of the State Hospital of Nice and regular member of the First Authority for Legalization of Income from Criminal activities.

As a member of research groups, he has participated in a series of funded research programs in Accounting, Financial Analysis and Financial Management. He has also participated in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs. He has also attended numerous seminars at the European School of Public Administration and a series of seminars from Harvard University

He has more than fifty (50) published papers and announcements in international scientific journals, most of which are listed in ABS list, as well as in international scientific conferences in the subjects of Financial Accounting, Analysis and Financial Management. Also, he has participated in the editing of two books while he has written 2 monographs and has contributed with Publications in chapters of Scientific Books in Accounting and Financial Management. Dr. Dimitrios Nasiopoulos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Agricultural Business Management and Supply Systems, School of Applied Economics and Social Sciences of the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in "Management Information Systems with an Emphasis on Supply Chain Management".

In particular, his subject, as well as his scientific/research work, includes scientific interests such as Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Decision-Making Systems, Business process Modeling and Simulation, AI Decision Support Systems, Supply Chain operations management,, etc. Also, his educational work covers courses such as Management Information Systems, Decision Making Systems, Business Models, Entrepreneurship in Information Technology, Research Methodology, etc.

Dr. Dimitrios Nasiopoulos has published more than 90 papers in scientific journals, collective volumes and proceedings of international conferences and has received more than 1600 peer-citations in published work. He has participated in a number of funded research projects. In addition, his articleography includes works on topics such as Management Information Systems, Decision-Making systems, AI Decision Support Systems, Simulation Modelling, Business Informatics, etc.

He is a member of the Organizing Committee of world conferences and internationally renowned journals in the publishing houses Emerald, Elsevier, Springer for a number of years. He has also been editor in chief of the Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics book series for the past seven years

Dr Panagiotis Rekleitis (M) is Professor in Innovation Management & Supply Chain Management at the Department of Agribusiness & Supply Chain Management (Agricultural University of Athens). He holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management (National Technical University of Athens). He is also co-inventor of a patent for an innovative integrated decision-making tool (IANOS-DSS). He has more than 30 years of teaching experience in postgraduate studies, distance learning & training. In the last 20 years, he has been involved as scientific coordinator or head researcher in more than seventeen European, international and national funded research projects, in the field of Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, strategic management, sustainability, Supply Chain Management, entrepreneurship and e-training. He is the author or co-author of over 70 peer reviewed publications in International Scientific Journals and Conferences proceedings. His core research interests focus on Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, HRM, Culture, Innovation, Knowledge Management, skills and competencies.

The Department was created in 2019 (article 20, Law 4589/2019) and is an evolution of the Supply Systems Management Department (D.S.E.). Housed in a 770 sq.m. building. within a plot with a total area of 8,000 sq.m. in facilities with extensive research and teaching spaces.
