Eftychia Vrouva Lecturer in English and Performing Arts 

A Phd Candidate at the University of Alicante, Spain 

 Eftychia Vrouva holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern English from the University of Luton (1997-2000) and a Master's degree in Performing Arts from Goldsmiths College, University of London (2000-2001), with a focus on influential methodologies including Shakespeare, Stanislavski, Meyerhold, Jacques Lecoq, and improvisation. Furthering her expertise, she completed a Master's in Bilingual Translation at the University of Westminster (2000-2003). Recognizing the importance of ongoing professional development, she achieved the CertTesol Level 5 from Trinity College, London in 2019, followed by the DipTesol Level 7 in 2021. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate at the University of Alicante (2023). Eftychia has actively engaged in various educational initiatives, including a professional development seminar in 2021 aimed at introducing English language instruction in preschool settings organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she has participated in workshops focused on enhancing teacher skills and mental health promotion for children and adolescents. Eftychia is also involved in the eTwinning project at EPAL Thivas (2023), further advancing her commitment to innovative pedagogy. Her research interests include exploring the concept of identity within educational contexts, as reflected in her recent article titled "The Concept of Identity in the Classroom" published in Nuevas Tendencias en Investigación en Educación, Filosofía y Comunicación.

Assistant Professor of Accounting / Financial Analysis in the Department of Agricultural Business Management and Supply Systems of the Agricultural University of Athens.
He holds a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business in the subject of Accounting and Financial Management, while he also holds a post-doctoral degree in the same subject from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens
He has taught Accounting and Financial Analysis courses at the National School of Public Administration, the Athens University of Economics, the University of Patras and the TEI of Athens as well as undergraduate and graduate programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens, the University of Piraeus as well as also at the Hellenic Open University and the Open University of Cyprus.
He has supervised a large number of Diploma Theses in Master's Programs, while he participates in three-member Doctoral Theses Committees. He writes articles in Journals with an Economic Subject and is a reviewer of articles in International Scientific Journals.

He was Auditor and Head of Financial Services of the NPDD Capital Market Commission, Deputy Mayor of Finance of the Municipality of Nice - A. I. Rentis, Deputy Director at the Agricultural Insurance Organization (OGA), member of the Board of Directors of the State Hospital of Nice and regular member of the First Authority for Legalization of Income from Criminal activities.

As a member of research groups, he has participated in a series of funded research programs in Accounting, Financial Analysis and Financial Management. He has also participated in the design, implementation and evaluation of educational programs. He has also attended numerous seminars at the European School of Public Administration and a series of seminars from Harvard University

He has more than fifty (50) published papers and announcements in international scientific journals, most of which are listed in ABS list, as well as in international scientific conferences in the subjects of Financial Accounting, Analysis and Financial Management. Also, he has participated in the editing of two books while he has written 2 monographs and has contributed with Publications in chapters of Scientific Books in Accounting and Financial Management. Dr. Dimitrios Nasiopoulos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Agricultural Business Management and Supply Systems, School of Applied Economics and Social Sciences of the Agricultural University of Athens, specializing in "Management Information Systems with an Emphasis on Supply Chain Management".

In particular, his subject, as well as his scientific/research work, includes scientific interests such as decision-making systems, business informatics, modeling and simulation of business processes, computational methods, management of supply chain operations, etc. Also, his educational work covers courses such as Decision Making Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Models, Entrepreneurship in Information Technology, Research Methodology, etc.

Dr. Dimitrios Nasiopoulos has published more than 70 papers in scientific journals, collective volumes and proceedings of international conferences and has received more than 1100 peer-citations in published work. He has participated in a number of funded research projects. In addition, his articleography includes works on topics such as Management Information Systems, Decision-Making systems, Simulation Modelling, Business Informatics, Computational Methods.

He is a member of the Organizing Committee of world conferences and internationally renowned journals in the publishing houses Emerald, Elsevier, Springer for a number of years. He has also been editor in chief of the Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics book series for the past seven years

Dr Panagiotis Rekleitis (M) is Professor in Innovation Management & Supply Chain Management at the Department of Agribusiness & Supply Chain Management (Agricultural University of Athens). He holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management (National Technical University of Athens). He is also co-inventor of a patent for an innovative integrated decision-making tool (IANOS-DSS). He has more than 30 years of teaching experience in postgraduate studies, distance learning & training. In the last 20 years, he has been involved as scientific coordinator or head researcher in more than seventeen European, international and national funded research projects, in the field of Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, strategic management, sustainability, Supply Chain Management, entrepreneurship and e-training. He is the author or co-author of over 70 peer reviewed publications in International Scientific Journals and Conferences proceedings. His core research interests focus on Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, HRM, Culture, Innovation, Knowledge Management, skills and competencies.   

DDr. Damianos Sakas is a Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens.

In the past he has served in the Communications Office of the Prime Minister of Greece and was responsible for part of the communication policy related to the media. He has an academic background and experience in SA Companies, in relation to Business Administration. He held a position in large international companies, always as a Decision Maker. His professional experience in management, combined with his academic background, have helped him gain experience which he tries to turn into scientific research.

DDr. Damianos Sakas has published more than 170 papers in scientific journals, collective volumes and proceedings of international conferences and has received more than 2500 citations to his published work. He has participated in a number of funded research projects and programs, which he has successfully coordinated.

His research field concerns Strategic Negotiation, Business Communication, Strategy and Management. His research interests are Business Simulation Models, Computational Methods and Marketing

Foivos Anastasiadis is an Assistant Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens in the field of "Agri-food Supply Chain Management". He holds a PhD from Imperial College London and an MSc from Wageningen University. He has published more than 40 articles in scientific journals, books and proceedings of international conferences. He has participated in many European and national research projects. He is also a reviewer in various scientific journals.

Dr P. Trivellas is Professor at the Department of Agribusiness & Supply Chain Management (Agricultural University of Athens), internal member of the Council of Administration and Director of the Laboratory of Organizational Innovation and Management Systems (ORIMAS Lab). He holds a MSc-Ing in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in strategic management styles (National Technical University of Athens-NTUA). He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate studies (traditional and distance learning).

He has been granted with a patent (OBI no. 1010524/10-8-2023: Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation) for an integrated decision-making tool (Innovative Air Network Optimization System/IANOS-DSS), which synthesizes the requirements and constraints of the core stakeholders (in remote and isolated communities served by Public Service Obligation/PSO routes via a cocreation method), in order to optimize and increase the coherence of the PSO route network, maximizing social & economic impacts and reducing the environmental footprint.

He has been involved as scientific coordinator or head researcher in more than fifteen funded research projects in the fields of Supply Chain Mgt, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge Mgt, HRM, Multi-actor multi-criteria analysis, e-training, WLB, and skills & competencies.

He has published more than 90 research papers in academic journals and international conferences. His core research interests focus on the areas of Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behaviour, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, CSR, TQM, e-learning and Quality in Higher Education.

Assistant Professor. According to Google Scholar, his published work includes 50 publications in the fields of agricultural/rural economics and regional development. His research mainly focuses on maritime economics, investment appraisal in rural areas, economic risk and uncertainty in agricultural production, exploration of socio-economic phenomena and impacts occurring in rural areas, and finally, on the productivity and technical efficiency of agricultural and livestock farms and fishing enterprises. He has 309 citations for his published work, and his research impact index (h-index) is 9. He has participated in 15 research projects funded by European and national programs, of which he is the scientific coordinator for two. He has taught in the undergraduate program of the Department of Agricultural Business Management the following courses: 1) Introduction to Agricultural Economics, 2) Organization and Management of Agricultural Enterprises I, 3) Organization and Management of Agricultural Enterprises II, 4) Microeconomic Theory, and 5) Macroeconomic Theory. Additionally, he has taught at the undergraduate level in other departments the courses: 1) Special Topics in Statistics, 2) Statistics I, 3) Statistics III, 4) Econometrics I, 5) Management and Marketing of Agritourism Enterprises. Finally, at the postgraduate level, he has taught Microeconomic Theory."

The Department was created in 2019 (article 20, Law 4589/2019) and is an evolution of the Supply Systems Management Department (D.S.E.). Housed in a 770 sq.m. building. within a plot with a total area of 8,000 sq.m. in facilities with extensive research and teaching spaces.
